Consider it all joy! There was a time when many of us lamented not being able to work out in gyms, so enjoy each opportunity you have to train and the people who are there with you. Train hard but appreciate that you bring a different level of energy, stamina, and desire to each work out. week by week. I believe in movement as a daily practice, and that physical and mental health are intimately intertwined.
