CORE FITNESS VALUES?

Feel in tune and in alignment with one’s mine, body, and spirit. I value giving ourselves the attention, love, and compassion that we give others when it comes to fitness. I value finding a safe space within one’s body and mind when it comes to fitness and working out. I value motivation at the forefront for change. I value empowerment and inspiration. week by week. I believe in movement as a daily practice, and that physical and mental health are intimately intertwined.

WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME
A CARRIE’S TRAINER?

I wanted to be a part of the familial community I found at Carrie’s as a client. I wanted to share my passion and core fitness values with the clients and other trainers at Carrie’s. I was teaching group fitness before I started teaching at Carrie’s and have always felt a passion for teaching group fitness. I wanted to share this passion with those that come to Carrie’s. Inspiring and empowering others.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT
FROM YOUR CLASS?

Expect to be challenged, while also having fun. Expect to get in the zone, of mind, body and spirit connecting. Expect to listen to some rap, some hip hop, and some pop oldies that bring that nostalgic feel and make you want to sing along! Expect to be called out by name multiple times, to make you feel seen, heard, and appreciated! Expect to be corrected, hands-on several different times throughout class in order to perfect your practice and get stronger and stronger. Expect to feel like you being there, matters, to me, and to others in the class. Expect to be inspired. Expect to leave feeling energized and ready for what’s next.
