CORE FITNESS VALUES?
Full range of motion in each move, form and full expression comes first, then adding spring load, rep range via time under tension from there. I believe in being really intentional in our training, progressive overload to hit breakthroughs. I also love unilateral work, which is what made me fall in love with pilates, and realigning the body by challenging the weaker side. I love building community, and I believe in all levels growing together, I love that we get to have that on the machine with so many options in spring load, body position, and pace with each move! I believe in showing up, keeping our mind right, and getting one inch deeper into the moves. week by week.
