My core values include making sure that everyone has fun, while at the same time providing them with a physically challenging workout. I also love putting a smile on my clients faces by empathizing their attributes and therefore making them feel good about themselves.

WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME
A CARRIE’S TRAINER?

I was a client at Carrie’s for 6-7 years and was absolutely obsessed with the workout and what it did for my body. I was so excited about my results that I introduced a ton of my friends to the workout throughout the years. Many of these friends told me that I should become an instructor, which eventually motivated me to get certified and then become a teacher at Carrie’s!

WHAT CAN I EXPECT
FROM YOUR CLASS?

I provide a positive, high-vibe ambiance, sprinkled with a lil bit of spirituality, while at the same time creating an upbeat vibe by blasting music which gives you the feel of being in a nightclub. I also like to make everyone feel comfortable and included, thus creating a familiar, family-like atmosphere.
