One-on-ones are the best way to learn our workout and to get an intense workout in. As a client, you can tailor the session to exactly what you want. 45 minutes of abs? Split it up into abs and upper body, or abs and legs? Up to you! If you have an injury, privates will also allow you to get the proper modifications you need. You can ask for a trainer you specifically want to work with, or we can recommend someone for you based on your preferences!

To help us get you set up, please provide your preferred timing/days, any injuries or pre-existing conditions we should know about, how many people, if you have trainer preference, and if you have any specific goals as well as the best phone number to reach you at.
We are able to accommodate privates at all hours in a sectioned off area on our outdoor patio rooftop. The indoor space is typically available from 1PM to 4PM during week days / Sundays and after 1PM on Saturda!
