WHAT ARE YOUR
CORE FITNESS VALUES?

Consider it all joy! There was a time when many of us lamented not being able to work out in gyms, so enjoy each opportunity you have to train and the people who are there with you. Train hard but appreciate that you bring a different level of energy, stamina, and desire to each work out. week by week. I believe in movement as a daily practice, and that physical and mental health are intimately intertwined.

WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME
A CARRIE’S TRAINER?

One of Carrie’s clients introduced me to the studio and the head trainer at the time, who then introduced me to Carrie. She immediately embraced me and has been a consummate source of support ever since. I’m loyal to Carrie’s and inspired to continue teaching here because of Carrie and the dedicated, caring and appreciative clients who inspire me in a myriad of ways.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT
FROM YOUR CLASS?

A humbling experience (hopefully) with lots of core! I love when I have new people (whether new to me or to the workout) in my class, but the majority of people who take my classes are the most advanced in the studio and I create routines with that in mind. If you’re okay with hands on corrections, that’s a MAJOR part of my teaching approach. Music-wise, I try to stay away from songs with crude lyrics and curate playlists that boost my energy when teaching so I have more to give to the clients.
