WHAT ARE YOUR
CORE FITNESS VALUES?

Full range of motion in each move, form and full expression comes first, then adding spring load, rep range via time under tension from there. I believe in being really intentional in our training, progressive overload to hit breakthroughs. I also love unilateral work, which is what made me fall in love with pilates, and realigning the body by challenging the weaker side. I love building community, and I believe in all levels growing together, I love that we get to have that on the machine with so many options in spring load, body position, and pace with each move! I believe in showing up, keeping our mind right, and getting one inch deeper into the moves. week by week. I believe in movement as a daily practice, and that physical and mental health are intimately intertwined. mental health are intimately intertwined.

WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME
A CARRIE’S TRAINER?

I felt my body come so alive with pilates, and I believe it is my purpose to give this back to others! I love Carrie and I love the studio, and we share so much in our mission and vision, and I love to be a part of that. Teaching and giving energy to a packed house and classes, empowering people, and leaving them with an endorphin rush they never imagined possible is such a gift and I’m grateful to be a part of this every day!

WHAT CAN I EXPECT
FROM YOUR CLASS?

People can expect a lot of surprises in my classes, trying new things, finding strength body and mind, growing in self love, breaking through plateaus, laughter, and the best music! A lot of people don’t like to workout because it feels a punishment, it’s not fun.

I love to create a really fun, flirty, inclusive kind of environment for my classes! With my workouts, I program my classes like a dance, where one move flows seamlessly into the next, with a focus on alignment,
balance, strength, and flexibility.
