CORE FITNESS VALUES?
As cheesy as it can sound I really do believe that movement is medicine, and being able to move your body is a true gift! Our health is truly priceless, and so I try to find that gratitude in every work out— whether crazy intensive or more restorative. I believe fitness and feeling good in our bodies (whatever that may mean to you!) is just as much about our mental health as it is about our physical health, and the two are uniquely intertwined.
WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME
A CARRIE’S TRAINER?
I had been teaching group fitness classes in Los Angeles for many years, and always admired the Carries method from afar. After taking many classes as a student and teaching Pilates at other studios in the city, I decided to make the leap and take the trainer certification course myself, and I’m so glad I did!! The community and staff are warm and welcoming, and just like extended family!
